Children's Day ... a morning when laughter rose like soft music and the campus glowed with the joy that only children can bring. At Silver Hills Higher Secondary School, the celebration on14 November opened with a calm, bright spirit. Here at Silver Hills, this day is more than just a date on the calendar. Today, we pause as one family, gathered under the gentle canopy of childhood, to relive that time of life when dreams knew no limits, smiles came effortlessly, and hearts brimmed with hope.
The day began with a formal assembly conducted entirely by teachers, who stepped into the morning duties usually carried out by students.Later in the morning, classrooms came alive with classwise celebrations where children shared food, stories, and the joy of being together, filling the school with a sense of friendship and festivity.

Every moment on the stage wasa celebration of children — their innocence, their boundless energy, and their endless stories. Because in each one of them lies the magic that keeps the world young and hopeful.
It commenced with a prayer led by Athira K Krishnan and Ramya Sankar, inviting a moment of serenity before the event moved into its vibrant flow.
The first performance came from the LP section, presenting Twinkle Toes, a lively dance that filled the hall with youthful colour. This was followed by Flow in Frames, a graceful dance by parents that added a touch of togetherness and joy. A warm welcome was then delivered by Ramesh K, Staff Secretary, leading into the Principal's Address in which Fr John Mannarathara CMI shared an inspiring message, encouraging students to nurture curiosity and kindness.
